This character from a Japanese Manga called Kurohime. He is a nice cute boy...well...was...since he has turned into a Death God afte his death by another God. He actually doesn't have that happy look in the manga, but well it's a fanart . As you can see I'm too lazy to draw the other arm so maybe I'll explain more next time after I add the arm and something more(maybe background or another characters). I used Painter on this one so the style may look different from my other works. c&c are welcome
Yah very ingenious colouring with the wings very strange but great blend of colours for it as its gives a very wonderful effect.
I haven't read this manga but i wonder how he keeps his arms together when it doesn't have a elbow .
Critique wise i can't see anything that stabs right into the eyes so its cool. Btw Kidkidkid if you really desire critique in here on DA then i advise you to have a peep in the forums and directly ask for critique in teh thumbshare section.
ok well just wondering . Since your new the advice i can give you is to try to comment on other ppl's work, unfortunately even great artists don't get many ppl noticing their work simply from submitting alone, whilst most of them do catch attention of ppl unfortunately not that many ppl would comment on them....
then again it really depends on what you mainly came here for, whether it's looking for critique, here to socialise, gain a repution etc.. but just saying that staying active is very important, but not just only submitting art . But hey i'm pretty sure you'll do well here . when i get my new journal sorted ill feature you in to give you some assitance
no problem, commenting just helps you to 'exist' in the communicty, so lets say you comment and the person likes the comment and then decide to view your page and may like what you have therefore commenting on your work and perhaps add a watch as well, it's to help yourself as well as others

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
