Artist's Comments

My final illustration for Dominance War IV contest. Some may think it's good enough but I'm still not satisfied with it cuz I'm not skillful at drawing surroundings and background. I had time to upload this and request comments and critiques before the contest ends, but I didn't do so. It seemed silly but I just wanna see how far I can go by myself.
Anyway, it ended and I can draw something new again :). Feel free to leave merciless comments and critiques.

Wow...you're not supposed to underestimate yourself...you are skillful at designing anything and this proven pretty much of it...

although mebbe the object in the most front left corner kinda distracting...

I think this art look kind of confusing cos it seem you try to add too many things in one artwork. It is hard to focus on the main object.

I think you can crop this pic to a portriat ver and try to add more colours to this art. Cos the range of colours you use on this art is quite similar.

Beside that, this is a good artwork. It show that you are really good at painting and drawing. The woman is really drawn very well!!

I really love how you focused the light on her. And yeah, I know, how touch it can be to draw background X3;; The only things that bugs me are the blurring on the tail & the distance between the tail and the robot that its slicing up (if it's a robot ^^; ) The tail is a little too sharp compared to the out of focus 'robot arm'.

But all in all, I really love this piece especially the details you've put on the wings!
