My final illustration for Dominance War IV contest. Some may think it's good enough but I'm still not satisfied with it cuz I'm not skillful at drawing surroundings and background. I had time to upload this and request comments and critiques before the contest ends, but I didn't do so. It seemed silly but I just wanna see how far I can go by myself.
Anyway, it ended and I can draw something new again

I know every artist is their own worst critic, but I must say the first word that came to mind was "wow." The entire piece feels very chaotic, but in a good way, the world is ending, and the main character is loving her work. I know what you mean about surrounding images, I do the same, Ill focus alot of energy on the main focus and the rest feels like an afterthought, but regardless... This in incredible, insta fav.
