Hm..i like the first one a bit more then this..

I like the wings and the glowing bits on this one, but I think its a little too busy now. I think I preferred the skeletal part around her hips from the first one, though this one does fit the color scheme better leaving the white bits as an accent color for the armor only... Maybe do that in black but more like the first design?

love the wing design. looks like butterfly + demonic wings. well, it more suit demonic princess there.

and i quite love the first version skeleton armor around the hips. it looks sort of like skirt for the princess.

i think the eyes pattern on the wing can make it more scarier.

Beautiful, I believe that this one is much better than the original concept, Just a huge boost on details and the art is lovely. Just my note to you is that don't try to overdue things in art or else the beauty will get lost on all the details. I say this is good as it is. The wings are awesome, but what happened to the skeletal thing around the hips? The superfluous details there kind of detract from the art overall, you dont really need those talon things.

It belongs in the trash anyways, so I'll finally throw it out...

I would tone down the wings a bit. Just the part that look like claws. Maybe cut off a bit and leave the shape but smaller, right now they just seem to overpower the character.
I love the eyes now but the skin of the wings doesnt match. I would go ahead and make them match the edges of the eyes so it blends in more and seems part of the whole thing.
I have to say I liked the part around her waist and legs better in the first one. The way it had wrapped around her was very cool. Now it just seems to... I don't know how to say it but it seems to be like those leg things on the woman in Portal, they just look sort of stupid in their positioning
Besides finishing the wings , toning down the claws, and maybe changing that hip thing back, I absolutely love this version. Very good improvements.

i really really really like this Demon Princess i'm just always amazed at your skill and determination to make such amazing, original concepts and characters

two things i must admit i worry about:
1. all the pink and glowy effects (compared to the original one) makes her look less and less demonic imo or at least "dark". mostly the gold. She DOES look like a demon. I would also say that some type of texture would work well on the wings.

2. the logo and it being red really distracts me you've got red versus pinky purple and it looks out of place Unfortunately, i doubt you could change the logo color.

other than that. the wing span and size balances her out a lot more, losing the hip gear made her look slimmer as well as taller. Other than that... i have nothing else to argue about for this beautiful babe
