First time post my work here don't really know what to say lol. It was done several months ago and i think it's good to be my first post here. She is a ninja using 4 blades. The costume design is nothing meaningful, just ideas developed during drawing. Tatoo and flower signs are my favorites besides white hair and elven ear Enjoy. c&c are welcome
I really don't like the shoes though, they seem overly impractical. I can't get over how magnificent the hair is. The costume design is wonderful, though overly revealing see-through costumes would seem to be useless if not hindering in battle. The eyes are amazing and the face is done beautifully, lips are usually not in an anime form but you have nicely incorporated them.
Very powerful and strong mix of colours here the red hues mixed in with the silver does make a very unique hair colour indeed.
The costume design is superb for it does have a strong sense of individiality and incorporates quite a bit of your originality and ideas.
I like the idea that you combine red hues with the shadings to give it a warm aura emitting from the character.
Your attention to detail is amazing for you have put effort into their form and structure, for i have seen too many people who neglect properly colouring and drawing their characters accessories which does not allow their characters' individuality to shine, but you sir have done a great job.
you really should post more pictures, they really are amazing
Oh right you wanted some critique as well, sorry for the double post wish ther was a edit button somewhere >.>;
Well has covered most points involving the design.
I suppose the few things i have to say is that the right shoulder (our right to save confusion) well this could be debatable but it seems rather small in comparision to her left, but this could be due to the angle, but if the armpit were slightly lower down then it probably would look more proportional in conjunction with her left one.
This one is more of a personal taste but i think the top left light ball thing looks a little....odd im guessing you used it to establish a light source but considering the single tone background it would look better if your had removed the light or somehow strengthen its glow, i cant seem to give a good advice on this one because judging from the light on the character i can see she has a strong light reflection coming from her left and in removing it can give the character a rather odd lighting.
But that one is more of a personal taste so you don't have to consideration
As for the hair, you may take a look at this website(in Japanese): [link] I love her drawing style and I wasn't surprised when the hair came out with the similar style which I hadn't tried before. I love the hair the most just like you do . I admit the shoes are not reasonable for a ninja lol, thanks for the critique and i'll consider the costume design more like a whole think than individual piecies .
The shoulder! Wow thanks alot I didn't really notice this part, no wonder the pose looks kinda odd for me but don't know why. As for the light ball at left, I'll pay more attention using Lense Flare(one of my favorite filter in photoshop to establish light source easily ). The critique is truely appreciated .
Yes I'll post more pics soon. I have a habit that i'll modify or re-draw old drawings when I see possible improvement I didn't see. I'm not a perfectionist but I just wanna be responsable for my drawings .
lol yes i know how you feel, ive done that alot probably why i spend ridiculous time on a drawing, and thus i do not really know how to 'doodle' as nearly every picture i do is a finished product, from mainly consistent changes. I tell you what your art is very nice and beautiful so i am gonna have to watch you!!!
The details are amazing, especially the lace pattern on the top of her stockings, even the scabbards (well at least they look like scabbards to me) Nice work!

(Where did you learn how to do hair like that!?)
